This is an “internal” document that Re-caps who from your company notified the tenants in a Multi Unit complex that Lead Paint Renovation was going to be done. It contains a Self Certification and Occupant Notification.
When working in Multi-Family housing use this form to “Re-Cap” / Record the following:
• Total number of units at this address
• Total number of Renovate Right signed confirmations
• Total number of Renovate Right self certifications
Example: if there are 50 units then you must have a total of 50 Renovate Right confirmations, declines, un-available, or Certified Mail Receipts.
Attach or staple all of your confirmations, declines, un-available, or Certified Mail Receipts to this Re-Cap and store in the Job Compliance Envelope.
