The Renovation Checklist is a “Re-Cap” of the Renovation Procedures that you followed during the job.
The Renovation Checklist is probably the most important form in regards to protecting you from Liability issues after the job has been completed. This is your “overview” of what Lead Safe practices were used and how RRP Lead Safe practices were followed.
A copy of this form must be provided to the Property owner within 30 days of Job Completion or with the Last Invoice.
Many contractors use this form as a “checklist” during the job to keep them on-track.
